Call Time:

• Shuttle runs: 7:00 – 7:30 AM

• Be at shuttle stop by: 7:15 AM (latest)

• Limited parking near performance area
  ALL members must use shuttle

Dress:Summer Casual
White polo shirt or a long sleeve white  dress shirt

• Black bottoms

• Optional: Light coat (it may be chilly at 8 AM)

Notes:
Location: Lower end of pavilion parking lot (on concrete)

• No electrical power available

• No extension cords allowed (safety—many youngsters running around)

• Chairs provided (wooden chairs from Level Green Lions Club)

Parking:

• Park on the opposite side of Rt. 993
  (approx. 0.3 miles away from the entrance to Bushy Run)

• Take Jill’s van (shuttle) to the performance site

• Additional shuttle help may be arranged if needed
